This decorative art form originated in England.  Bronze powders are applied onto a tacky surface.  Patterns used are from the English Midlands, 18th and 19th centuries.  Design motifs include flowers, fruit, animals, insects, and scenic views.  Objects include frame-able pictures as well as decorative objects such as trays.
