I understand that I have three (3)
consecutive years in which to complete the requirements for membership, and
that my Applicant dues must be received by the Applicant Chairman on, or
before, December 15 each year in order to continue as an applicant.

my dues for the current year. (I understand that no
matter when I join during the first year, the next year's dues
will be assessed on January 1st.)

This application may be received at
any time. To submit articles for judging, the application must be received at
least six weeks prior to the first day of the annual meeting. Date will be
given at the time of application.
