Small Gold Leaf Pattern - Carolyn Hedge

This is the very first gold leaf pattern I attempted many years ago. I put it on a very small round tray, and have displayed it since I painted it in 1970.  The tray's floor diameter is 3 5/8 inches. 

I’m not sure of the origin of this design, but it is adaptable for many different uses.
